VAVOOM VOLCANO TOURS: What To Bring

Water Bottle
Please wear comfortable clothes and layers in case it is chilly. (sweater, jacket)
Wear comfortable walking shoes preferably with socks.
Sunscreen,sunglasses and hat are recommended. Binoculars and/or camera are a plus.

In the event of rain, we have raingear available (both ponchos and umbrellas) but we recommend you bring your own if you have it.

WHAT ARE MY TOUR ADVENTURE CHOICES?

***OUR SPECIALTY IS KILAUEA VOLCANO: it is the ONLY active volcano in the state of Hawaii****
Tours are 8:30am-2:30pm unless special arrangements have been made
**all our tours include a hike thru a lava tube, takes about 20 minutes
**all tours include a stop to Rainbow Falls unless you don't want to go there!
Crater Rim Adventure (see cool volcano stuff..but no sweating required!)
Crater Floor Hike Adventure- that's right...we hike across the floor of a live summit crater! (3.8 miles from rim to rim)
Complete Waterfalls and Volcano Tour-4 waterfalls including Akaka Falls, the tallest one in the state, in the morning and then the active volcano Kilauea in the afternoon.
Crater Floor Touch Down Tour includes a marshmallow roast on the active volcano floor! about 1.5 mile RT hike.

Although it happens very rarely, Vavoom Volcano Tours does on occasion have to cancel a tour. We reserve the right to do so at any time and for any reason. Be informed, however, that in the event that Vavoom Volcano Tours does cancel a tour, you will always receive a 100% refund as long as the cancellation occurs before the passenger vehicle(s) is boarded. If the tour is canceled by us partway through a tour, then the price of the tour will be pro-rated according to time and you will be credited the difference.
